To describe something of the life of the Church in the Middle East, JMECA publishes the magazine "Bible Lands" twice yearly, which can be sent, free of charge, to parishes, associations or individual people who would like to receive it.

We find 'Bible Lands' a very valuable informative magazine, for keeping our Parish up-to-date with Middle-East situations.

Revd B Brett, Parish of Bishopstrow and Boreham

First published in July 1899, Bible Lands has been a valued journal of record for all those interested in the Anglican church in the Middle East and its many and varied local institutions and programmes.

The current editor of Bible Lands is ... VACANT ... Could it be you?.

Exciting Opportunity to become our new editor!

After almost 10 years of editing Bible Lands, Tim is stepping down from the role. So we are looking for a new honorary editor.

  • Journalistic or published writing experience and some knowledge of the Middle East would be helpful.

  • Expressions of interest should be sent by email or in writing to the JMECA office by Tuesday January 3, 2017.

  • Interviews will be held in London on January 11, 2017.
